Subscription Conditions：
The 4G/5G Campus Monthly Plan is only available to Eligible Persons with valid identification documents as campus staff or students.

Eligible Persons refer to:
- Campus staff who is principal, registered teacher, and/or general staff of kindergartens, elementary schools, secondary schools, tertiary institutions, and special education institutions directly employed in Hong Kong, as well as the person directly employed by the Hong Kong Education Bureau and educator directly employed by other recognized educational institutions; and
- Student who is a full-time student of a local or overseas institution aged 18 or above with a valid student card/handbook/official letter of admission for the new academic year.
- If a student under 18 years of age intends to subscribe to the Campus Monthly Plan, he/she can provide a valid student card/handbook/official letter of admission for the new academic year and have his/her parents or guardians apply for subscription on his/her behalf (maximum of one Campus Monthly Plan can be applied).
- Hong Kong students can use their Hong Kong Identity Card as the subscription document and must sign a fixed contract for 24 months. Mainland students and overseas students can use their “Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao” and passport as the subscription document respectively, with his/her Student ID Card or “Study Permit” in the same name as the subscription document to prove the student status. The travel document subscription deposit can be waived. For those who subscribe with an “Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao” or passport, a fixed contract for 12 months must be signed, and 2 monthly fees must be prepaid if the credit card autopay is not applied.
Terms and Conditions of 5G Local Data Hassle-free Campus Plan Online Subscription:
- All offers are valid from now till June 30, 2026 and only applicable to the successful new online subscription customers of our service plan by opening a new mobile number (including customers porting-in their mobile number from other local operators). Customers are required to sign a fixed 12-month or 24-month term contract of SIM Only ‘5G Local Data Hassle-free Campus Plan’.
- Website offer 1-5 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts available at our shops, and cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable to other purposes.
- To be eligible for the offers provided by the website, customers are required to complete all the application procedures required for the offer(s) at this website in one go. Otherwise, such offers cannot be given.
- The content of the offers is subject to change without prior notice.

About ‘Mobile Service License & Administration Fees Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to the new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract.
- Upon expiry of the fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License &Administration Fees shall be immediately chargeable.

About ‘ Mainland Number Monthly Fee Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee within the fixed term contract.
- Upon expiry of the fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee shall be immediately chargeable.
- If the customers add a Mainland number, the customers must comply with the real name registration requirement of the Mainland.

About ‘Local Courier Service Charge Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier’s Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website.

About ‘Subscribe Selected Value-added Service in Offer Price’ Offer:
- From now till June 30, 2026 new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated ‘5G Local Data Hassle-free Campus Plan (30GB, 50GB, 100GB)’ and subscribe the selected Value-added Service at the same time can enjoy 50% off discount monthly fee for Value-added service. The regular price of the value-added service be resumed after the fixed term contract period.

About: "Subscribe Mainland China 20GB Data Pack" Offer:
- From now until June 30, 2026, new customers who successfully apply for and sign a fixed contract period of 12 or 24 months for the "5G Local Data Hassle-free Campus Plan (30GB, 50GB, 100GB)" online and simultaneously subscribe the "Mainland China 20GB Data Package" can enjoy an offer price of $38 per month to subscribe to the "Mainland China 20GB Data Pack" for the fixed contract period (original monthly fee $158). Upon expiry of the fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the original HK$158 monthly fees shall be immediately chargeable. If customers terminate the "Mainland China 20GB Data Pack" service before contract expiry for any reason, the customer is required to pay an early termination charge equivalent to the original monthly fees multiplied by the number of months remaining in the contract period.
