If the remaining stored value is not sufficient to deduct the 30-Day Data Pack, Data Pack subscription will be automatically cancelled and prepaid card will continue to provide services at the standard rate.
*For the initial purchase of CUniq Go Monthly 5G Card , the online first prepayment amount required varies for different packages: HK$150 for HK$48 package; HK$320 for HK$98 package; HK$420 for HK$138 package; HK$690 for HK$228 package; HK$990 for HK$328 package. The prepayment amount can be deducted from any SIM card purchase, including the first month's package charge.
① Unless otherwise specified, the airtime usage entitlement of the monthly pack applies to Hong Kong local airtime only. When customer calling to non Hong Kong number, the plan's local basic airtime will be reduced and the relevant IDD charge will be charged.
② (i)Mainland and Hong Kong Data: Mainland and Hong Kong data are available to use in Hong Kong and Mainland.(ii) When the monthly Mainland & Hong Kong data usage exceeds the designated Fair Usage Level entitled under the monthly pack, customer is still accessible to Mainland & Hong Kong data service but the maximum data transmission speed will be limited to 128kbps and the use of point to point service (peer-to-peer services) and network sharing (tethering) function will be restricted until the last day of the month.
③ To apply for extra Mainland & Hong Kong data without speed control: please dial [*118*250# CALL] , extra data charge is $20/1GB; Dial [*118*251# CALL] , extra data charge $50/5GB; Dial [*118*252# CALL] , extra data charge $100/10GB; The newly acquired extra data can be used till the last day of the monthly data pack in which it is successfully applied and acquired, and multiple applications are accepted.
④ Other designated areas including Macau(China), Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Russia, Myanmar, USA, UK. Designated areas will be updated from time to time without prior notice.
⑤ Applicable to subscriber using mobile data services in other designated areas. Customers using the mobile data service in one or more other designated areas④ within the same day. Data Roaming Capped Charge HK$20 per day. Day calculation would be based on Hong Kong time (00:00-23:59 daily). Once the daily roaming data usage of the above regions in all reaches 500MB, the upload/download speed would be controlled at not higher than 128 kbps, and the use of point to point service (peer-to-peer services) and network sharing (tethering) function will be restricted, will be resumed to normal on the next day. ⑥ The minimum charging unit of Hong Kong & Mainland data is 1 MB. Usage under 1 MB will be rounded up to nearest 1 MB. Once the daily roaming data usage of Hong Kong & Mainland reaches 500MB, the upload/download speed would be controlled at not higher than 128 kbps, and the use of point to point service (peer-to-peer services) and network sharing (tethering) function will be restricted, will be resumed to normal on the next day.
