Terms and Conditions of Online Offer for the Subscription of ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan:
- All offers are valid from now till February 11, 2025, (both dates inclusive, eligibility is determined by the date on which the application through the website is made) and only applicable to the successful new online subscription customers of our service plan by opening a new mobile number (including customers porting-in their mobile number from other local operator). Customers are required to sign a fixed 24-month term contract of SIM Only ‘ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan’.
- Website offer 1-10 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts available at our shops, and cannot be redeemed for cash and are nontransferable to other purpose.
- To be eligible for the offers provided by the website, customers are required to complete all the application procedures required for the offer(s) at this website in one go. Otherwise, such offers cannot be given.
- The content of the offers is subject to change without prior notice.
- All service and offers are subject to relevant terms and conditions.

About ‘Mobile Service License &Administration Fees Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to the new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website and have immediately set up VISA/MasterCard direct debit instructions for their bill settlement. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract.
- If subscriber selects not to set up credit card direct debit instructions for bill settlement, we offer a 50% off of the HK$18 monthly Administration Fee (i.e. only HK$9 monthly fee is payable).
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License &Administration Fees shall be immediately chargeable.

- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee within the fixed term contract.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee shall be immediately chargeable.
- If the customers add a Mainland number, the customers must comply with the real name registration requirement of the Mainland.

About ‘Local Courier Service Charge Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier’s Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website.

About ‘Complimentary Asia Pacific^ Data and Voice Roaming Package’ Offer:
- From now till February 11, 2025, customers who have successfully subscribed to ‘ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan’ through our website will enjoy a complimentary ‘Asia Pacific ^ Data and Voice Roaming Package’ (24 months contract). The Service will be automatically terminated upon the expiry of contract period. (There is no contractual restriction during the complimentary service period whereas the terms of service use must be abided by).

About ‘Complimentary GBA^ Incoming Call (24 months contract)’ Offer:
- From now till February 11, 2025, customers who have successfully subscribed to ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan through our website will enjoy a complimentary “Greater Bay Area^ Free Incoming Call Monthly Service” (24 months contract). The regular price of $38 monthly fee will be resumed after the contract period. (There is no contractual restriction during the complimentary service period whereas the terms of service use must be abided by).

About ‘Monthly Complimentary Local Data Usage’ Offer:
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to the 10GB service plan through CUniq website will enjoy a complimentary 20GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term; who have successfully subscribed to the 20GB, 30GB or 40GB service plan through CUniq website will enjoy a complimentary 50 GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract period.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the basic monthly Hong Kong local data usage shall be resumed forthwith.
- The relevant additional free local data usage has been shown in the tariff table of this website.

- From 15th January,2025 to 11th Feburary,2025 (both dates inclusive), new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated “ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan” through this website will enjoy a complimentary “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming (Asia Pacific, Europe, US and Canada regions) service (number of Day-count is subject to the selected Service Plan).
- Complimentary “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming (Asia Pacific, Europe, US and Canada regions) is valid until 31 January,2026. “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming will be deducted automatically from the quota when using roaming data in the designated destinations. Apart from these terms and conditions, customers further agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming” service.
- “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to redeem for other products, no change will be given in any form, and is non-transferrable.
- Complimentary “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming will be forfeited if customers change to other service plan or terminate the service.
- Customers are advised to call our Customer Service Hotline 2122 1188 before departure to ensure your SIM card supports international roaming service, as well as voice and data roaming services are activated.
- China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the above offers or content, amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited reserves the right of final decision.
