- All offers are valid from now till April 15, 2026 and only applicable to the successful new online subscription customers of our service plan by opening a new mobile number (including customers porting-in their mobile number from another local operator). Offers are applicable to the new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated " ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan " through this website.
- Website offer 1-9 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts available at our shops, and cannot be redeemed for cash and are nontransferable to other purpose.
- To be eligible for the offers provided by the website, customers are required to complete all the application procedures required for the offer(s) at this website in one go. Otherwise, such offers cannot be given.
- The content of the offers is subject to change without prior notice.
- All service and offers are subject to relevant terms and conditions.

About ‘Mobile Service License & Administration Fees Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to the new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website and have immediately set up VISA/MasterCard direct debit instructions for their bill settlement. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract.
- If subscriber selects not to set up credit card direct debit instructions for bill settlement, we offer a 50% off of the HK$18 monthly Administration Fee (i.e. only HK$9 monthly fee is payable).
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License & Administration Fees shall be immediately chargeable.

About ‘Mainland Number Monthly Fee Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee within the fixed term contract.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee shall be immediately chargeable.
- If the customers add a Mainland number, the customers must comply with the real name registration requirement of the mainland.

About ‘Local Courier Service Charge Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier’s Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website.

About Online Exclusive Offer: ‘1-month Monthly Fee Waiver’ (24 months contract):
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on ‘ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan’ through this website can enjoy a 1-month monthly fee waiver.
- The 1-month monthly fee waiver will be effective on the 11th month upon service activated successfully.
- The monthly fee waiver will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plan, suspends or terminates the mobile service.

About ‘Monthly Fee Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated ‘ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan (10GB, 20GB, 30GB, 40GB)’ through this website can enjoy a 2-month monthly fee waiver. The 2-month monthly fee waiver will be effective on the 10th & 20th month upon service activated successfully.
- The monthly fee waiver will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plan, suspends or terminates the mobile service.

About ‘Complimentary Global^ Voice Roaming Package (24 months contract)’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan through our website will enjoy a complimentary ‘Global^ Voice Roaming Package’(24 months contract). The regular price of $68 monthly fee will be resumed after the contract period. (There is no contractual restriction during the complimentary service period whereas the terms of service use must be abided by).

About ‘Complimentary Greater China^ Always Talk Voice Package (24 months contract)’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan through our website will enjoy a complimentary ‘Greater China^ Always Talk Voice Package’($48/month) (24 months contract). The regular price of $48 monthly fee will be resumed after the contract period. (There is no contractual restriction during the complimentary service period whereas the terms of service use must be abided by).

About ‘Monthly Complimentary Local Data Usage’ :
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to designated ‘ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan 10GB’ will enjoy an additional free 20GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term.
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to designated ‘ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan 20GB’ will enjoy an additional free 50GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term.
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to designated ‘ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan 30GB, 40GB’ will enjoy an additional free 100GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term.
- The complimentary data cannot be accumulated to the next billing month.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the basic monthly data usage shall be resumed forthwith.
