Terms and Conditions of Online subscription offers 5G ONE Family Shared SIM Plan :
- All offers are valid from now till April 22, 2025, and only applicable to the successful new online subscription customers of our service plan by opening a new mobile number (including customers porting-in their mobile number from other local operator). Customers are required to sign a fixed 24-month term contract of SIM Only ‘5G ONE Family Shared SIM Plan’.
- Website offer 1-5 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts available at our shops, and cannot be redeemed for cash and are nontransferable to other purpose.
- To be eligible for the offers provided by the website, customers are required to complete all the application procedures required for the offer(s) at this website in one go. Otherwise such offers cannot be given.
- The content of the offers is subject to change without prior notice.

- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License& Administration Fees shall be immediately chargeable.

About ‘ Mainland Number Monthly Fee Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee within the fixed term contract.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee shall be immediately chargeable.
- If the customers add a Mainland number, the customers must comply with the real name registration requirement of the Mainland.

About ‘Local Courier Service Charge Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier’s Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website.

About ‘Monthly Fee Waiver’ Offer:
- From March 28, 2025 to April 22, 2025 (both dates inclusive), new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated “ONE Family Shared Plan (50GB,100GB)” through this website can enjoy a 9-month monthly fee waiver. The 9-month monthly fee waiver will be effective on the 4th, 5th, 8th ,9th, 12th, 13th, 17th, 18th, & 23rd month upon service activated successfully. For new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated From March 28, 2025 to April 22, 2025 (both dates inclusive), ” ONE Family Shared Plan (150GB,200GB) ” through this website can enjoy a 12-month monthly fee waiver. The 12-month monthly fee waiver will be effective on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 10th ,11th, 12th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd & 24th month upon service activated successfully.
- The monthly fee waiver will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plan, suspends or terminates the mobile service.

- From March 28, 2025 to April 22, 2025 (both dates inclusive), new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated “5G ONE Family Shared Plan” through this website will enjoy a complimentary “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming (Asia Pacific, Europe, US and Canada regions) service (number of Day-count is subject to the selected Service Plan).
- Complimentary “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming (Asia Pacific, Europe, US and Canada regions) is valid until 31 March,2026 and applicable to the main card number in the plan only.“CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming will be deducted automatically from the quota when using roaming data in the designated destinations. Apart from these terms and conditions, customers further agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming” service.
- “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to redeem for other products, no change will be given in any form, and is non-transferrable.
- Complimentary “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming will be forfeited if customers change to other service plan or terminate the service.
- Customers are advised to call our Customer Service Hotline 2122 1188 before departure to ensure your SIM card supports international roaming service, as well as voice and data roaming services are activated.
