Terms and Conditions of Online subscription offers for “ONE Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong Shared Data Leisure Plan”:
- All offers are only applicable to customers who successfully register a new mobile account through our online website (including number portability from other local operators). Customers are required to sign a fixed 12-month term contract.
- When customers sign up for the service, they must make a one-time prepayment equivalent to the total monthly fee for a fixed contract period ("Prepayment Amount"). The Prepayment Amount will be used to offset the monthly fee of main package and supplementary data package for each month during the contract period and it is not refundable.
- Online website offers (1)(2)(3) can not be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts available at our retail stores, and can not be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable to other purpose.
- To be eligible for the offers provided by the online website, customers are required to complete all the application procedures required for the offer(s) at this website in a single transaction. No retroactive application for the promotion will be accepted.
- The content of the offers is subject to change without prior notice.
- All service and offers are subject to relevant terms and conditions. China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited reserves its right of final interpretation.
- About “Free Local Call Forwarding Service”:
- The offer of waiving the monthly fee for Call Forwarding Service is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed our service plan through our website.
- This offer only waives the monthly fee for Call Forwarding Service. However, customers may have to pay other additional forwarding fees depending on the specific forwarding traffic. Please click here for more details about the Call Forwarding Service and charges.
- About "Mobile Service License & Administration Fees Waiver" Offer:
- The offer of waiving HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed our service plan through our website.
- About "Local courier service charge waiver":
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier's Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed our service plan through our website.
