The 5G Campus Unbound Plan (hereinafter referred to as 「Service Plan」) of China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited. (hereinafter referred to as 「China Unicom Hong Kong」 or 「Company」) is subject to the following terms and conditions:

① Hong Kong Airtime: Receiving calls and calling to Hong Kong numbers in Hong Kong are included. If customers call to non-Hong Kong numbers, in addition to deduction of Hong Kong airtime under the 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle or basic Hong Kong Airtime Charge, IDD fee will also be charged.

② When the monthly Hong Kong Local Basic Data Usage exceeds the designated Fair Usage Level entitled under the subscribed 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle, the maximum upload/download speed of Hong Kong data is controlled at 384Kbps, and the use of point to point service (peer-to-peer services) (including Bit-Torrent etc.) and network sharing (tethering) function will be restricted until the last day of the month.

③ To apply for extra Hong Kong data: Dial [*118*905# CALL] and the extra data charge is $15/1GB.

④ To apply for extra Chinese Mainland data: Dial [*118*906# CALL] and the extra data charge is $15/1GB.

⑤ Chinese Mainland Airtime：Receiving calls & calling to Chinese Mainland numbers in Mainland. If customers call to non-Chinese Mainland numbers, in addition to the Chinese Mainland Airtime Charge, IDD fee will also be charged.

* Customer is required to pay $9 for monthly Mobile Service License & Administration Fees, the charges is waived when 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle is subscribed.

^ If customer make changes on the subscribed 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle, the basic monthly fee of the neyly subscribed 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle will be applied.

1. Related to mobile data services

1.1 This is 5G Network Service Plan. The 5G Service is only applicable for designated 5G handset model(s) or device(s), and when customer is located in an area in Hong Kong but outside 5G coverage, China Unicom Hong Kong will provide service to customer via 4G or 3G network.

1.2 Customer can use 5G data roaming services in designated regions outside Hong Kong (if applicable). 5G network will be provided by designated network service providers and shall be used with designated compatible 5G device. The designated countries/regions and designated network service providers are subject to modification or change from time to time without prior notice. 1.3 The actual data transmission speed may be affected by various factors such as the relative position between the user and the transmitting station, server's speed and capacity, Internet traffic conditions, number of users, the highest network supporting speed, power or function of customer's device，hardware, software, transmission technology, suspension of service of other suppliers or content providers, failure of other communication network, climate effect, radio interference caused by physical blockage such as mountain, sea tunnel and other conditions which may arise, and may be different from the transmission speed supported by the network. No warranty of actual transmission speed (upload and download) during usage by customers is given by China Unicom Hong Kong.

1.4 Data service does not support video call, multimedia messaging (MMS) and Blackberry services

1.5 Data roaming service in Chinese Mainland does not support Peer-to-Peer services, BitTorrent or and File Transfer Protocol.

2. Service Plan

2.1 Customer is required to subscribe the Service Plan together with either one of the 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle. If customer does not select any 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle, services without specified 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle will still be provided under the Service Plan, and the relevant service fees will be charged and calculated according to actual airtime and data usage based on the standard charges of the Service Plan. Customers who wish to terminate the Service and/or 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle must notify China Unicom Hong Kong via Hong Kong Service Center or the customer service hotline. Unless the Customer notifies China Unicom Hong Kong of termination, China Unicom Hong Kong will continue to provide the Service after the expiry of the specified Contract Period and will continue to charge the Customer at the then applicable regular monthly rate.

2.2 Monthly fee for the first month are charged on a daily pro rata basis, save and except for the monthly charge for value-added services. Customer is required to pay $9 for monthly Mobile Service License & Administration Fees, the charges is waived when 5G Campus Unbound Plan Local Data & Airtime Bundle is subscribed.

2.3 Unless otherwise specified, the voice airtime under the Service Plan is calculated on a per minute basis. Any airtime usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute. The minimum data charging unit is 1KB. Usage under 1KB will be rounded up to the nearest 1KB. Monthly cumulative data usage less than 1 Mbyte will be counted as 1 Mbyte.

2.4 Voice, SMS and data roaming of Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong are activated by default. A deposit of $300 is payable for the registration of international roaming and IDD services. Such deposit would be waived if the monthly fee payment of customer's service plan is settled by VISA/MasterCard direct debit. The charges or rates for international roaming and IDD services are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. 2.5 Sending SMS to Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong number is charged at $0.5/SMS and sending to other countries is charged at $1.5/SMS when the customers are located in Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong. Each short message is limited to 160 English letters or 70 Chinese characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If English and Chinese characters are included in 1 SMS, only 70 characters can be included. The text message which exceeds the maximum character limit will be divided into several short messages and each short message will be charged.

3. During fixed contract term, upon occurrence of any of the following circumstances, any gifts, discounts and service fee rebate which were granted as a result of registration for the use of credit card direct debit payment will be terminated and canceled immediately. In addition, the Company shall be entitled to claim against the customer for the total value of the gift, the one-off discount, and those service fee rebates already received by the customer in full:

3.1 Customer cancels the credit card direct debit payment during the fixed contract term; or

3.2 For any reason whatsoever, the automatic transfer of payment from the credit card account registered by the customer to China Unicom Hong Kong fails during the fixed contract term and the customer fails to provide another valid credit card account for direct debit payment within a reasonable time.

4. During fixed contract term, customers shall pay to China Unicom Hong Kong liquidated damages (that is, the total sum of monthly fee of Service Plan at standard rate for the remaining unexpired term of the contract and $300 being administration fee for early termination of the contract) if any of the following circumstances occurs:

4.1 If the customer changes the mobile number / name of registered customer; or

4.2 If the customer changes to another service plan with a monthly fee lower than the original service plan; or

4.3 If the Service Plan is terminated for whatever reason.

5. This Service Plan is also subject to the General Service Terms and Conditions (Apply to All SIM Cards Services) ("General Terms and Conditions") and China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited Fair Usage Policy ("Fair Usage Policy"). If there is any inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions, Fair Usage Policy and these terms and conditions of the Service Plan, these terms and conditions of the Service Plan shall prevail.

6. China Unicom Hong Kong may terminate this Service Plan or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, China Unicom Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
