Terms and Conditions of Online subscription offers ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Plan:
- Offers 1-7 are valid from now till July 15, 2026, and only applicable to the successful new online subscription customers of our service plan by opening a new mobile number (including customers porting-in their mobile number from another local operator). Offers are applicable to the new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated ‘ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Data Plan’ through this website.
- Website 1-7 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts available at our chops, and cannot be redeemed for cash and are nontransferable to other purples.
- To be eligible for the offers provided by the website, customers are required to complete all the application procedures required for the offer(s) at this website in one go. Otherwise, such offers cannot be given.

- 1 About‘Admin Fee Waiver’Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated ‘ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan’ through this website can enjoy a waiver of HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License & Administration Fees shall be immediately chargeable.
- 2 About ‘Mainland Number Monthly Fee waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee within the fixed term contract.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee shall be immediately chargeable.
- If the customers add a Mainland number, the customers must comply with the real name registration requirement of the Mainland.
- 3 About ‘Local Courier Service Charge Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier’s Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website.
- 4 About Online Exclusive Offer: ‘1-month Monthly Fee Waiver’ (24 months contract):
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on ‘ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan’ through this website can enjoy a 1-month monthly fee waiver.
- The 1-month monthly fee waiver will be effective on the 10th month upon service activated successfully.
- The monthly fee waiver will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plan, suspends or terminates the mobile service.
- 5 About “Additional offer of " Greater Bay^ Voice Package " (24-month contract period):
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who successfully subscribe to ‘ONE Greater Bay^ Area Shared Data Plan (10GB, 20GB, 40GB, 80GB) ’ with a fixed term contract period of 24 months through our website will enjoy a complimentary ‘Greater Bay^ Voice Package (100 minutes, 100 minutes, 200 minutes, 500 minutes)’ respectively (24 months contract). The regular price ($48, $48, $58, $98) monthly fee will be resumed after the contract period respectively.
- Customers must ensure that they have activated International Direct Dialing Service (IDD). (There is no contractual obligation during the promotional service period but customers must comply with the terms of service usage.)
- 6 About “CUniq 5G Benefits” Offer
- CUniq 5G Benefits is an extra service provided by China Unicom Hong Kong (“the Company”), which includes benefits such as popular audio/video streaming membership services and lifestyle vouchers in Mainland China (“Privileges”). The categories and brands of the 5G Special Privileges and Self-Selected Privileges will be updated from time to time. Please refer to our website.

- Eligibility :
This Promotion is applicable to the designated 5G service plans ("Designated Service Plan”) registered through China Unicom Hong Kong’s retail store or online store. - New customers who subscribe to a fixed term contract period of 24 months on a designated ‘5G Local Data Hassle-Free Plan’, ‘ONE Chinese Mainland and Hong Kong Shared Data Plan’, ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Data Plan’, ‘ONE Asia Pacific^ Shared Data SIM Plan’, ‘ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan’ and subscribe ‘5G Subsidiary SIM Card’ with a fixed term contract period of 24 months can enjoy HK$30 monthly service rebate. The regular price of HK$80 monthly fee will be resumed after the contract period.
- 8 About ‘5G 5th Anniversary Offer’ :
- From April 16, 2026 to May 14, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
- New customers who successfully subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on ‘ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Data Plan’ through this website can enjoy a 2-month monthly fee waiver. The 2-month monthly fee waiver will be effective on the 15th & 20th month upon service activated successfully. The monthly fee waiver will be forfeited if the customer changes to other service plan, suspends or terminates the mobile service.
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to designated ‘ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Data Plan’ will enjoy an additional free 50GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term. The complimentary data cannot be accumulated to the next billing month. Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the basic monthly data usage shall be resumed forthwith.
- New customers who successfully subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on ‘ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Data Plan’ through this website can enjoy a waiver of HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract.
