- All offers are valid from now till February 11, 2025 and only applicable to the successful new online subscription customers of our service plan by opening a new mobile number (including customers porting-in their mobile number from other local operator).Offers are applicable to the new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months/36 months on designated "ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Plan(5G Handset Voucher )" through this website.
- Website 1-9 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts available at our shops, and cannot be redeemed for cash and are nontransferable to other purples.
- To be eligible for the offers provided by the website, customers are required to complete all the application procedures required for the offer(s) at this website in one go. Otherwise, such offers cannot be given.

About 'Mobile Service License & Administration Fees Waiver':
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website and have immediately set up VISA/MasterCard direct debit instructions for their bill settlement. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract.
- If subscriber selects not to set up credit card direct debit instructions for bill settlement, we offer a 50% off of the HK$18 monthly Administration Fee（i.e. only HK$9 monthly fee is payable）.

- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee shall be immediately chargeable.
- If the customers add a Mainland number, the customers must comply with the real name registration requirement of the Mainland.

About 'Local Courier Service Charge Waiver':
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier's Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website.

About 'Complimentary Hong Kong and Mainland Voice Package'Offer:
- From now until February 11, 2025, customers who successfully subscribe to " ONE Greater Bay^ Area Shared Data Plan (10GB, 20GB, 30GB, 40GB, 80GB)" with a fixed term contract period of 24/36 months through our website will enjoy a complimentary "Hong Kong and Mainland Voice Package (100 minutes, 200 minutes, 200 minutes, 600 minutes, 600 minutes)" respectively (24/36 months contract). The regular price ($38, $68, $68, $98, $98) monthly fee will be resumed after the contract period respectively.
- Customers must ensure that they have activated International Direct Dialing Service (IDD). (There is no contractual obligation during the promotional service period but customers must comply with the terms of service usage.).

About 'Monthly Complimentary Local Data Usage' Offer:
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to the 10GB/20GB/30GB service plan through CUniq website will enjoy a complimentary 50GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term; who have successfully subscribed to the 40GB/80GB service plan through CUniq website will enjoy a complimentary 100 GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract period. The complimentary data cannot be accumulated to the next billing month.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated. The relevant additional free local data usage has been shown in the tariff table of this website.

About 'Monthly Complimentary Mainland Usage' Offer:
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to the 40GB/80GB service plan through CUniq website will enjoy a complimentary 60GB/150GB Mainland China data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term respectively. The complimentary data cannot be accumulated to the next billing month.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated. The relevant additional free Mainland China data usage has been shown in the tariff table of this website.

About '5G Handset Voucher' Offer:
- Handset Voucher value varies according to the monthly plan subscribed (24/36 months). Handset Voucher is valid for 12 months, customers can be used to purchase 5G handset at our shop. Customers are required to pay handset prepayment (amount is subject to the selected Service Plan) and handset price. Such prepayment will be credited to customers' monthly bills over 12-months (24 months service contract)/ 24-months (36 months service contract), starting from the next bill month of the date of handset purchase.
- The 5G handset voucher redemption amount cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to redeem for other products, no change will be given in any form, and is non-refundable, non-replaceable, non-transferrable and non-resalable.
- 5G Handset Rewards will be forfeited if customers change to other service plan or terminate the service; any remaining prepayment will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Customer is required to purchase designated handset at the suggested retail price.
- Handset Voucher is valid for 12 months from the day the account is successfully activated. Handset Voucher is valid for a single transaction within the validity period.
- The remaining balance amount of Handset Voucher will be forfeited automatically if the suggested retail price of 5G handset is lower than the value of the handset voucher. No refund or exchange will be made for any remaining balance amount of Handset Voucher.
- 5G Handset Voucher amount is subject to the subscribed Service Plan.
- Each service plan is entitled to the Rewards Offer for once only. It cannot be enjoyed together with other handset promotional offers for new customers.
- Handset Voucher offer cannot be used in conjunction with other handset offers.

- Complimentary “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming (Asia Pacific, Europe, US and Canada regions) is valid until 31 January,2026. “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming will be deducted automatically from the quota when using roaming data in the designated destinations. Apart from these terms and conditions, customers further agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming” service.
