ONE Asia Pacific^ Shared Data SIM Plan (hereinafter referred to as “the Service Plan”) of China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited (hereinafter referred to as “China Unicom Hong Kong” or “Company”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ① Unless otherwise specified, the airtime usage entitled under the monthly plan applies to Hong Kong local airtime only. When customer is calling to non Hong Kong number, the plan's local basic airtime will be reduced and the relevant IDD charge will be charged.
- ② Definition of 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' shared data: the shared data is limited to the use within Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, South Korea, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. Please refer to our website at http://www.cuniq.com/global for details of the latest applicable designated roaming regions of 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^', the specified roaming operators, the international roaming rates and the terms and conditions.
- ③ Once the monthly data usage reaches the plan's 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' Shared Basic Data Usage limit (as the “Fair Usage Level”), the Greater China# data usage is still available, but the maximum upload/download speed in Hong Kong is controlled at 384kbps; the maximum upload/download speed in Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan is controlled at 128kbps; Tethering, Peer-to-Peer service, BitTorrent and File Transfer Protocol services are not available. Except Greater China# data, the 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' Shared Basic Data Usage in all other designated regions under 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' are suspended.
- ④ To apply for extra 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' Shared Data Top-up Pack without speed control: please dial [*118*290#] and the extra data charge is $25/1GB. Multiple applications are accepted, and the newly acquired extra data can be used till the last day of the calendar month in which it is successfully applied.
- ⑤ Additional charges will be charged for call forward service according to actual call forward type. Please check our website at https://www.cuniq.com/global/ for details.
- ⑥ The international voice (including receiving calls and calling to local numbers) & data roaming function is activated for this monthly plan by default. Customer may also opt out from this choice. If customers opt out from this choice, the data and basic voice roaming services (including receiving calls and calling to local numbers) will only be activated in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan by default.

Related to mobile data services
- This is 5G Network Service Plan. The 5G Service is only applicable for designated 5G handset model(s) or device(s), and when customer is located in an area in Hong Kong but outside 5G coverage, China Unicom Hong Kong will provide service to customer via 4G or 3G network.
- Customer can use 5G data roaming services in designated regions outside Hong Kong (if applicable). 5G network will be provided by designated network service providers and shall be used with designated compatible 5G device. The designated countries/regions and designated network service providers are subject to modification or change from time to time without prior notice. - The actual data transmission speed may be affected by various factors such as the relative position between the user and the transmitting station, server's speed and capacity, Internet traffic conditions, number of users, the highest network supporting speed, power or function of customer's device，hardware, software, transmission technology, suspension of service of other suppliers or content providers, failure of other communication network, climate effect, radio interference caused by physical blockage such as mountain, sea tunnel and other conditions which may arise, and may be different from the transmission speed supported by the network. No warranty of actual transmission speed (upload and download) during usage by customers is given by China Unicom Hong Kong.
- The 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' Shared Data Usage will be activated and ready to use automatically when international roaming service is activated. Customers may need to select the relevant specified roaming operator in different respective regions.
- The 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' Shared Data Usage is not applicable to Peer-to-Peer transmission services, BitTorrent and File Transfer Protocol. If customer obey the above clause, the Company have the right to suspend or terminate the data service of the customer immediately without prior notice. Furthermore, the Company shall be entitled to charge and claim against the customer for the use of such services at standard international roaming rates as compensation.
- Once customers turn on data roaming function of their devices when they are located in 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^', the shared data service in 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' will be activated and ready to use. The roaming data usage in applicable region(s) will be automatically deducted from the 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' shared data usage. If the data usage beyond the 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' shared basic data usage of the plan is required, customers may acquire extra data from the 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' shared data top-up pack. If customer uses data roaming in a region rather than 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^', the fee for data usage is charged at international roaming rates. Please refer to our website at http://www.cuniq.com for details of the latest applicable designated roaming regions of 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^', the specified roaming operators, the international roaming rates and the terms and conditions. When data service is not required, customers are suggested to turn off the data function of their device manually.
- Data service does not support video call, multimedia messaging (MMS) and Blackberry services.

Service Plan
- First month of monthly service fees and licences and administration fee is charged on a daily pro rata basis, except for monthly charges for value-added services. If this agreement or the service is terminated on a day which is not the last day of the monthly billing cycle, customer shall remain liable for the full payment of the monthly service fees and licences and administration fee.
- Unless otherwise specified, the voice airtime under the Service Plan is calculated on a per minute basis. Any airtime usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute. The minimum data charging unit is 1KB. Usage under 1KB will be rounded up to the nearest 1KB. Monthly cumulative data usage less than 1 Mbyte will be counted as 1 Mbyte.
- The international voice (including receiving calls and calling to local numbers) & data roaming function is activated for this monthly plan by default. Customer may also opt out from this choice. If customers opt out from this choice, the data and basic voice roaming services (including receiving calls and calling to local numbers) will only be activated in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan by default. Customers are required to register and to pay a deposit of $300 if IDD service is needed. Such deposit would be waived if the monthly fee payment of customer's service plan is settled by VISA/MasterCard direct debit. The standard charges or rates and terms for international roaming and IDD services are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. - Sending SMS to Mainland China and Hong Kong number is charged at $0.5/SMS and sending to other countries is charged at $1.5/SMS when the customers are located in Mainland China and Hong Kong. Each short message is limited to 160 English letters or 70 Chinese characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If English and Chinese characters are included in 1 SMS, only 70 characters can be included. The text message which exceeds the maximum character limit will be divided into several short messages and each short message will be charged.
- The 'Popular Asia Pacific Regions^' covered by this Service Plan may be subject to adjustment during the fixed contract term. Any changes to the services will be notified separately and subject to the prevailing updates and notifications of the company's website.

During fixed contract term, upon occurrence of any of the following circumstances, any gifts, discounts and service fee rebate which were granted as a result of registration for the use of credit card direct debit payment will be terminated and canceled immediately. In addition, the Company shall be entitled to claim against the customer for the total value of the gift, the one-off discount, and those service fee rebates already received by the customer in full:
- Customer cancels the credit card direct debit payment during the fixed contract term; or
- For any reason whatsoever, the automatic transfer of payment from the credit card account registered by the customer to China Unicom Hong Kong fails during the fixed contract term and the customer fails to provide another valid credit card account for direct debit payment within a reasonable time.

During fixed contract term, customers shall pay to China Unicom Hong Kong liquidated damages (that is, the total sum of monthly fee of Service Plan at standard rate for the remaining unexpired term of the contract and $300 being administration fee for early termination of the contract) if any of the following circumstances occurs:
- If the customer changes the mobile number / name of registered customer; or
- If the customer changes to another service plan with a monthly fee lower than the original service plan; or
- If the Service Plan is terminated for whatever reason.
- This Service Plan is also subject to the General Service Terms and Conditions (Apply to All SIM Cards Services) ("General Terms and Conditions") and China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited Fair Usage Policy ("Fair Usage Policy"). If there is any inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions, Fair Usage Policy and these terms and conditions of the Service Plan, these terms and conditions of the Service Plan shall prevail.
- China Unicom Hong Kong may terminate this Service Plan or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, China Unicom Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.
