- Website 1-8 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts available at our shops, and cannot be redeemed for cash and are nontransferable to other purples.

This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract.
- If subscriber selects not to set up credit card direct debit instructions for bill settlement, we offer a 50% off of the HK$18 monthly Administration Fee (i.e. only HK$9 monthly fee is payable).

About ‘Local Courier Service Charge Waiver’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier’s Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website.

About ‘Monthly Additional Free Local Data Usage’ Offer:
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our 5G Local Data Hassle-free Plan through our website. This offer shall grant an additional free 4GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term.The complimentary data cannot be accumulated to the next billing month.
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to designated ‘5G Local Data Hassle-free Plan (10GB, 50GB)’ will enjoy an additional free 10GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term.
- New customers who have successfully subscribed to designated ‘5G Local Data Hassle-free Plan (100GB)’ will enjoy an additional free 50GB local data on monthly basis within the fixed contract term.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the basic monthly Hong Kong local data usage shall be resumed forthwith.
- The relevant additional free local data usage has been shown in the tariff table of this website.

About ‘5G Handset Voucher’ Offer:
- Handset Voucher value varies according to the monthly plan subscribed (24/36months). Handset Voucher is valid for 12 months, customers can use it to purchase 5G handsets at our shop. Customers are required to pay handset prepayment (the amount is subject to the selected Service Plan) and handset price. Such prepayment will be credited to customers' monthly bills over 12 months (24 months service contract)/24 months (36 months service contract), starting from the next bill month of the date of handset purchase.
- The 5G handset voucher redemption amount cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to redeem for other products, no change will be given in any form, and is non-refundable, non-replaceable, non-transferable and non-resalable.
- 5G Handset Rewards will be forfeited if customers change to another service plan or terminate the service; any remaining prepayment will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Customer is required to purchase designated handsets at the suggested retail price.
- Handset Voucher is valid for 12 months from the day the account is successfully activated. Handset Voucher is valid for a single transaction within the validity period.
- The remaining balance amount of Handset Voucher will be forfeited automatically if the suggested retail price of 5G handset is lower than the value of the handset voucher. No refund or exchange will be made for any remaining balance amount of Handset Voucher.
- 5G Handset Voucher amount is subject to the subscribed Service Plan.
- Each service plan is entitled to the Rewards Offer for once only. It cannot be enjoyed together with other handset promotional offers for new customers.
- The Handset Voucher Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other handset offers.

- From now till February 11, 2025, new customers who subscribe to a fixed term contract period of 24 months on a designated ‘5G Local Data Hassle-Free Plan’, ‘ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Data Plan’, ‘ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan’, ‘ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan’ and subscribe ‘5G Subsidiary SIM Card’ with a fixed term contract period of 24 months can enjoy 50% off on monthly service fee. The regular price of $80 monthly fee will be resumed after the contract period.

- Complimentary “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming (Asia Pacific, Europe, US and Canada regions) is valid until 31 January,2026. “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming will be deducted automatically from the quota when using roaming data in the designated destinations. Apart from these terms and conditions, customers further agree to be bound by the relevant terms and conditions of the “CUsaver” Day-count Data Roaming” service.
