Terms and Conditions of Online Offer for the Subscription of 4G ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan:
- All offers are valid from now till 15 April , 2025 and only applicable to the successful new online subscription customers of our service plan by opening a new mobile number (including customers porting-in their mobile number from other local operator). All offers are applicable to the new customers who subscribe a fixed term contract period of 24 months on designated "4G ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan” through this website.
- Website offer 1-6 cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts available at our shops, and cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable to other purposes.
- To be eligible for the offers provided by the website, customers are required to complete all the application procedures required for the offer(s) at this website in one go. Otherwise, such offers cannot be given.
- The content of the offers is subject to change without prior notice.
- All services and offers are subject to relevant terms and conditions.

About ‘Mobile Service License &Administration Fees Waiver’ :
- This offer is only applicable to the new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website and have immediately set up VISA/MasterCard direct debit instructions for their bill settlement. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License and Administration Fees within the fixed term contract.
- If subscriber selects not to set up credit card direct debit instructions for bill settlement, we offer a 50% off of the HK$18 monthly Administration Fee（i.e. only HK$9 monthly fee is payable）.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$18 monthly Mobile Service License &Administration Fees shall be immediately chargeable.

About ‘Mainland Number Monthly Fee Waiver’ :
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee within the fixed term contract.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the standard HK$10 Mainland Number Monthly Fee shall be immediately chargeable.
- If the customers add a Mainland number, the customers must comply with the real name registration requirement of the Mainland.

About ‘Local Courier Service Charge Waiver’ :
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website. This offer shall grant a waiver of the courier’s Hong Kong local delivery service fee for delivering the SIM card and the service plan documents to customers who have successfully subscribed to our service plan through our website.

About ‘Monthly Additional Free 'lobal^ Popular Destinations Data Usage’ :
- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our 4G ONE Global^ Shared Data 5GB Plan through our website. This offer shall grant an additional free 'Global^ Popular Destinations' shared data of 2.5GB on monthly basis within the fixed contract term.
- The complimentary data cannot be accumulated to the next billing month.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the basic monthly 'Global^ Popular Destinations' shared data usage shall be resumed forthwith.
- The relevant additional free 'Global^ Popular Destinations' shared data usage has been shown in the tariff table of this website.

- This offer is only applicable to new customers who have successfully subscribed to our 4G ONE Global^ Shared Data 5GB Plan through our website. This offer shall grant an additional free local data of 20GB on monthly basis within the fixed contract term.
- The complimentary data cannot be accumulated to the next billing month.
- Upon expiry of fixed contract term, this offer will be terminated whereupon the basic monthly Hong Kong local data usage shall be resumed forthwith.
- The relevant additional free local data usage has been shown in the tariff table of this website.

About ‘2-month Monthly Fee Waiver’ :
- All offers are valid from now till 15 April , 2025, Subscribers completed new subscription of any SIM-Only ‘4G ONE Greater Bay Area^ Shared Data Plan’, ‘4G ONE Greater China^ Shared Data Plan’ or ‘4G ONE Global^ Shared Data Plan’ and activated mobile service within the promotion period (Subject to the record and interpretation of CUHK) and whose service accounts are valid and in good standing (excluding but without limitation to payment overdue/ service suspension or termination/ lack of residential address proof) will be eligible for the 2-month monthly service fee waiver. The 2-month monthly fee (discounted monthly service fee) will be credited to subscriber’s service account on 7th and 8th billing months.
