Terms & Conditions of CUsaver Multi-Days Data Pack（“Service”）:
- The Service is only applicable to monthly service plans designated by China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited (“Company”).
- Customers should subscribed International Voice Roaming service in advance in order to apply the Service. Customers who have not applied the International Data Roaming service could also apply the Service. The system would only activate the data roaming function in the applicable regions of the Data Pack customers have applied. The data roaming function in the designated regions will be automatically deactivated once the Data Pack is expired or cancelled.
- Upon successful application of the designated Data Pack of Service, Customers can activate the Data Pack within 30 days from the day of application (Hong Kong Time, including the day of application). The Data Pack will be automatically activated when customer uses data in the applicable regions of the Data Pack. The Data Pack fee will be charged to customer’s account upon activation. After activation, all data usage generated by the customer through the applicable network of each region during specified usage valid period of the pack will be counted in the Data Pack. The number of days of usage valid period of the Data Pack must be counted consecutively, from the day of activation of the Data Pack to the last day of its usage valid period ( The cut-off time is 23:59 (Hong Kong time) each night). The pack will be cancelled automatically when the usage valid period expires. If the customer does not activate the designated Data Pack within 30 days of the day of application, it will be cancelled automatically and no fees will be charged.
- Customers can subscribe only ONE Data Pack under the same series in advance. During the valid period after the Data Pack activation, customer could make multiple purchases of any Data Packs that are under the same series (“Multi-purchased Data Packs”). The Multi-purchased Data Packs will be activated and their fees will be charged immediately upon successful application. Upon top-up of the Multi-purchased Data Packs，the valid usage period of the Data Packs under the same series will all be counted from the day of successful application of the last Multi-repurchased Data Pack. If the valid period of the last Multi-repurchased Data Pack is less than the previous Data Packs, then the valid period sticks to the one which is the longest. All Data Packs will be cancelled automatically when the usage valid period expires. Afterwards, any data usage will be charged at standard international roaming rates.
- Once the roaming data usage reaches the Fair Usage of the Data Pack, the upload/download speed would be controlled at not higher than 512 kbps in the designated regions. The actual data transmission speed would be affected by the local network conditions and other factors.
- Each Data Pack of Service is only applicable to its respective designated Countries/Regions. If customer uses data roaming in a country/region rather than the designated Countries/Regions, the data usage will be charged at standard international roaming rates.
- When roaming, the service provided by the Company will vary depending on the local network coverage and system updates of the roaming cooperative partners, the reception status of customer’s mobile device, the actual geographical location of the customer and other factors. In the event of any dispute, the roaming data usage of customer is subject to the data records of the Company and the roaming cooperative partners which take priority.
- Point to point services (Peer-to- Peer services), BitTorrent, and File Transfer Protocol are not allowed in data roaming service. If any use of the service is in contravention of this section, the Company reserves the right to suspend the customer’s data roaming service immediately without prior notice.
- Family Plan supplementary SIM card and all kinds of 5G Subsidiary SIM card could share the data of the Service （Subscription is limited to Main SIM card Only）.

If customer subscribed several Roaming Packages at the same time, when data is used in applicable regions,
data usage and charges will be deducted in the following priority:
- The Service’s designated Data Pack
- “Asia Pacific^ Data and Voice Roaming Package”
- By subscribing the Service, customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, the Company reserves the right of final interpretation and final determination.
- The above information is the latest service contents and tariff by China Unicom (Hong Kong) Operations Limited (China Unicom Hong Kong” or “Company”) and supersedes all information published before 25th June, 2024.

- Customers are advised to call our Customer Service Hotline 2122 1188 before departure to ensure your SIM card supports international roaming service, as well as voice and data roaming services are activated.
- A deposit of HK$300 is payable for the registration of International roaming service. Such deposit would be waived if customer's service plan monthly fee payment is settled by VISA/MasterCard direct debit.
- If the SIM card does not support international roaming service, please visit our shop for a free SIM card replacement.
