CUniq GO "Travel eSIM" is applicable to designated iphone model#:
If your mobile phone is a Chinese Mainland-issued eSIM device, including but not limited to iPhone Air (model A3518), the installation process for the CUniq eSIM product you ordered from our company must be completed outside Chinese Mainland (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan). After successful installation, the service can be connected to the network and used normally within the applicable regions of your eSIM product plan.
Requires an iPhone with iOS 12.1 or later. To use two different carriers, your iPhone must be unlocked.
iPhone model of select or specific carriers is not supported this service.
CUniq GO "Travel eSIM" is applicable to designated Android model#:
The overseas and Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan versions of Android-based device models can support CUHK's eSIM functionality, provided that they have support for the GSMA standard for eSIM functionality.
